Develop and execute static and dynamic test plans, analyze large datasets, automate test methods, correlate wafer/package/system performance, and produce technical reports and recommendations.

Provide frontline and escalated end-user IT support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity. Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing, administer AD/Entra accounts, configure endpoints (Intune/SCCM/MDM), image and deploy devices, maintain IT asset inventory, document solutions and SOPs, and recommend process improvements to reduce repeat issues.

Lead the Hsinchu test engineering team to develop and release wafer probe and final test solutions for power semiconductors. Define test strategy, drive production buyoff with OSATs and vendors, troubleshoot yield/stability issues, lead hardware design reviews, improve tester utilization and cost-of-test, and recruit/mentor engineers while partnering with product, reliability, quality, and operations to enable NPI, transfers, and high-volume manufacturing.

Manage day-to-day NPI program tracking and execution for GaN/SiC devices: maintain schedules, trackers, and reports; drive cross-functional action item closure; support Director/Senior Manager; serve as Manila local NPI coordinator; maintain program documentation and use Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools to automate reporting.

Lead product marketing for GaN power devices in Taiwan/Asia, define product roadmap, translate customer requirements into product solutions, drive design-win and adoption across AI/data center and industrial power markets, engage customers and cross-functional teams, and develop technical collateral and reference architectures.
