Lead Pune test engineering team to develop, validate, and release wafer sort, final test, characterization, and module test solutions for SiC/GaN power semiconductors. Manage ATE, probers, handlers, test hardware, and supplier coordination; drive correlation, yield analysis, root-cause, automation, and production ramp support while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Develop, validate, and maintain test programs and hardware for GaN/SiC devices. Execute electrical and dynamic testing across conditions, analyze manufacturing/test data, troubleshoot ATE and test hardware, support NPI and production ramps, and create automation and reporting tools.

Lead and execute GaN product engineering and NPI programs from concept to product release using APQP. Drive device characterization, qualification, reliability, test limit development, yield and sustaining engineering. Mentor teams, manage cross-functional risks, and deliver datasheets and release documentation for wide bandgap power device platforms.

Design and simulate SiC/GaN power devices, run TCAD and compact-model simulations, define device targets and layout rules, and drive foundry tape-outs. Monitor process and product performance, support yield optimization and DOE, implement SPC/Cpk tracking, and lead root-cause and reliability investigations. Engage with external foundries on process health, yield trends, and qualification requirements.

Design and simulate SiC and GaN power devices, define device targets and layout rules, run TCAD and compact-model simulations, support yield and reliability improvements, engage foundry partners, and drive design revisions through tape-out and qualification cycles.

Manage end-to-end logistics including 3PL, consigned/regional transits, returns, and freight charges; negotiate contracts; optimize shipping to reduce cost and improve delivery; ensure import/export compliance; supervise logistics coordinator; own shipment transactions in Tensoft.

Lead SiC technology development and characterization for power devices and modules. Define test architectures, perform root-cause analysis, drive reliability learning/qualification, architect experiments, build automated analysis platforms, and mentor engineers to accelerate robust SiC solutions across device, process, package, and application domains.

Lead development, characterization, qualification, and improvement of SiC power devices. Plan and execute electrical and reliability tests, analyze wafer/package/application data, perform root-cause and statistical analysis, drive DOE and technology transfers, build automated data workflows and dashboards, prepare technical reports, and mentor junior engineers to advance SiC device platforms and qualification readiness.

Support, configure, and maintain CRM, ERP, and Ship & Debit systems; design and build integrations (iPaaS/API/EDI); ensure master data accuracy; develop SQL/Power BI reports; manage vendors, UAT, SOX controls, documentation, and continuous improvement.
