Design and present scalable UniFi-based solutions for enterprise clients and partners. Provide technical pre-sales consultation, create BoMs and topologies, run demos, enable partners, and represent UniFi at events and trainings across the region.

Lead and coordinate product development projects for embedded firmware, manage project activities and documentation, liaise with stakeholders, motivate and assign tasks to cross-functional teams, ensure development and testing cycles run smoothly, and stay current with technology trends. Role is hybrid and based in Kyiv (relocation considered).

Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for Ethernet switches. Collaborate with hardware, BSP, and networking teams to integrate features, ensure HA and performance, debug complex firmware issues, and maintain scalability and stability across large networks while prioritizing timely delivery and UX.

Manage and administer AWS infrastructure, automate deployments with Terraform and CI/CD, support and mentor engineers, participate in production/on-call incident response, improve monitoring/logging, and manage backlog tasks to support application lifecycle and operations.

Design, bring-up, and validate electronics for multimedia LED panels and modules. Responsibilities include system architecture, schematic/layout guidance, LED driver integration, high-current power design, EMC/ESD hardening, high-speed interfaces, test-fixture and factory programming development, field return analysis, and supplier/manufacturer collaboration.

Lead a cross-functional R&D team to define, plan, and deliver web and mobile IT products on the UniFi platform. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, manage project documentation, monitor quality and execution, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

Support design and development of AC/DC and DC/AC power converter products. Build and assemble prototype PCBA, perform hands-on testing with oscilloscopes and power analyzers, analyze switching waveforms, troubleshoot failures with root-cause analysis, and prepare technical documentation, test plans, and BOMs.

Designs and configures test environments, creates test plans and cases, executes tests for web/mobile products, identifies and documents defects, performs technical analysis, and supports defect triage and tracking within Agile teams.

Lead and execute manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, stress) for web and mobile applications; create and update test suites; reproduce and report bugs with clear steps; validate fixes to production; collaborate with development teams and analyze project artifacts and release notes.

Develop and maintain native Android applications with clean code, collaborate with designers, research and implement new technologies, consume REST APIs and build asynchronous networking clients using RxJava and Kotlin.
