Design, develop, and optimize IPv6 networking features for enterprise/ISP router firmware. Implement IPv4-IPv6 coexistence (dual-stack, tunneling, NAT64, DS-Lite, MAP-E), perform performance tuning and troubleshooting, define roadmap with product and systems teams, and collaborate with QA on test plans and automated IPv6 test environments.

Configure and maintain network/switch test labs, execute test plans and exploratory tests for L2/L3 switching features, reproduce and debug customer issues on embedded Linux switch platforms, collaborate with firmware and automation teams to isolate regressions, provide detailed bug reports, and support release validation and documentation.

Lead system architecture and integration for enterprise NAS products. Define hardware blueprint, select components (CPU, memory, storage, networking, power), drive ODM collaboration, oversee validation, risk assessment, and cross-functional delivery from concept to mass production.

Design and build core sync, storage, and system-facing experiences for UniFi Drive on Linux. Implement high-performance file synchronization using Linux APIs (file I/O, inotify, FUSE), solve consistency/versioning/conflict-resolution issues for distributed/offline scenarios, integrate communication protocols, collaborate across backend and tooling teams, and improve performance, observability, and maintainability while extending into desktop-facing experiences.

Develop and execute mechanical reliability and quality test plans during NPI. Review PDRs, evaluate product reliability, resolve issues with teams and third-party labs, document results, and update test plans to meet standards and regulations.

Maintain and extend backend services for integrated IoT devices, build RESTful APIs, integrate new devices, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality, timely features.
