Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):
-Identify, evaluate, and select qualified ODM partners based on technical, commercial, and operational criteria-Build and maintain strong relationships with key ODM stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness
-Coordinate across R&D, QA, purchasing, and supply chain teams to meet project milestones
-Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and development agreements with ODMs
-Drive cost-down initiatives through value engineering and supplier collaboration
-Work with QA teams to manage quality audits, corrective actions, and control plans
-Oversee production schedules, capacity planning, and shipment coordination with ODMs
-Resolve operational issues such as delays, or supply shortages
Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :
-Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
-A minimum 5 years’ experience in ODM management or related fields
-Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
-Familiar with a wide range of ODMs in the networking, IoT, and surveillance industries
-Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical engineering
-Experienced in international logistics and Incoterms
