Build and lead a centralized Demand & Deal Desk to intake, qualify, route, and govern commercial opportunities. Design intake models, approval workflows, pricing and margin controls, standardized proposal templates, and AI-enabled tooling. Serve as neutral coordinator across Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Finance, and Legal while enabling seller adoption, supplier onboarding, and continuous process improvement.

Design low-voltage electrical switchgear, breakers, and control systems. Create drawings, submittals, BOMs, and testing plans. Collaborate with mechanical, production, purchasing, QA, and vendors. Document design processes, support project management and production, resolve manufacturing issues, mentor junior engineers, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Lead hands-on electrical design for mission-critical LV-MV power systems across data centers, industrial, and institutional facilities. Create single-line diagrams, schematics, equipment layouts, and specifications; support multiple projects, collaborate with customers and manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers to deliver fast, high-quality designs that win business.

Produce coordinated 2D drawings and 3D Revit models for construction packages, manage document control, lead Revit teams, coordinate with engineers, resolve clashes, deliver Revit training, and support commercial and data center projects.

Develop and maintain low- and medium-voltage switchgear and control panel designs, create schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams and panel layouts, support ECOs and as-built drawings, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and field teams, maintain parts libraries and documentation to ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance.

Perform end-to-end HR functions including applicant tracking, onboarding to termination, benefits administration, payroll processing, employee file maintenance, support HR manager, assist with workers' comp and safety recordkeeping, and perform related administrative duties.

Support general accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement support, ledger maintenance, AP/AR/payroll assistance, fixed asset and audit support, and improve accounting processes while maintaining GAAP compliance and internal controls.
