The role requires strong production, mechanical, organizational, communication, and design skills, with on-site work in Boston four days per week.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Suffolk and affiliated companies across corporate governance, contracts, regulatory filings, licensing, compliance, real estate, construction, litigation, and business transactions. Negotiates complex agreements, advises executive leadership, manages outside counsel, supports investigations and HR matters, conducts legal training, and helps implement AI-based legal solutions. The role requires collaboration across functions, sound judgment under pressure, and periodic travel to offices and project sites.

Leads finance for construction projects and programs across the New York region, overseeing fiscal governance, cash management, forecasting, project controls, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and risk mitigation. Manages federally funded program finance, including FEMA and HUD requirements, funding draws, cost allowability, and audit readiness. Partners with project and executive leadership, leads Project Controllers and finance staff, and improves construction finance processes, systems, and reporting accuracy.

Coordinates Suffolk’s digital marketing execution across social media, websites, email, digital signage, and paid campaigns. Responsibilities include content drafting and publishing, editorial calendars, stakeholder and agency coordination, website maintenance, SEO support, email campaign deployment, digital asset management, performance reporting, and Google Analytics 4 analysis. The role is primarily on-site in Boston four days per week and requires strong writing, organization, project coordination, and digital marketing skills.
