Lead Moonfare's DACH investor relations: drive regional growth through outbound business development, manage relationships with family offices and HNWI, build and lead a DACH IR team, represent the firm at events, gather investor feedback, and collaborate with marketing on regional go-to-market.

Lead Moonfare's DACH investor relations and commercial growth: develop and execute regional strategy, cultivate family office and HNWI relationships, convert leads, build and manage a DACH IR team, represent the firm at industry events, and relay investor feedback to inform product and marketing.

Lead and execute high-end investor-facing design across print and digital: fund brochures, long-form content, events, templates and systems. Maintain and tighten the brand and fund marketing design systems, art-direct external partners, work within compliance constraints, and use AI tools to shift time from production to strategic craft.

Lead design and operation of investor community programmes and global event calendar to drive referrals and AUM. Build commercial partnerships, run high-touch advocacy for top investors, mentor marketing colleagues, and embed investor feedback and AI-enabled systems across the business. Lead GTM analytics and reporting for Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations. Monitor funnel health, own CRM data model and data quality, deliver operational reporting, and translate business questions into technical requirements to drive data-driven GTM decisions.

Lead and execute Moonfare's data strategy, unifying data engineering, analytics, and architecture into a scalable platform. Build data pipelines, governance, and infrastructure to support investment, investor relations, operations, compliance, and AI initiatives. Partner with Engineering and Product, maintain technical ownership of architecture decisions, embed regulatory and data-quality controls, and represent data to executives and the Board.
