Leads 5–7 QA Specialists within Customer Support Operational Excellence. Responsibilities include workload prioritization, coaching, performance management, quality audits, calibration, methodology governance, dispute resolution, trend analysis, stakeholder reporting, process improvements, QA automation support, and data-driven recommendations.

Leads and develops an infrastructure engineering team responsible for critical production systems. Owns execution, prioritization, reliability, incident response, postmortems, operational readiness, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives. Partners with senior technical leaders and platform teams on architecture, dependencies, and strategy while managing performance, career development, and team execution.

Own geo-search ranking, relevance, and recommendation models from training data through production. Build behavioral-label pipelines, query understanding, cross-script matching, confidence models, offline evaluation, error analysis, and online experiments. Maintain model performance as data and markets change, while balancing ranking quality, multilingual capability, and millisecond-level latency.
