Conduct discovery, demos, and presentations, qualify opportunities, build pipeline with marketing, develop internal champions, navigate procurement, close deals, and relay product feedback to the team. Collaborate with solutions and customer success to drive long-term customer relationships. Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Manage client deployments and adoption of ALICE, build stakeholder relationships, onboard and train teams, identify upsell opportunities, provide expert support and troubleshooting, capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap, and travel up to 25%.

Sell and manage customer accounts across Australia and New Zealand. Prospect and close new business, maintain client relationships, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
