Lead offering-level architecture across ground, space, software, and hardware. Define interfaces, requirements, capability allocation, CONOPS, and ICDs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, reusable solutions and customer-facing ground tooling.

Design, build, and maintain SIL and HIL test benches and stations for satellite validation. Own test infrastructure lifecycle, automate workflows, support AIT campaigns, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate across systems, software, mechanical, and product teams to standardize and scale testing operations.

Design, analyze, release, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite assembly and AIT. Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials. Lead cross-functional hardware programs for space products: plan and schedule projects, manage risks (signal integrity, RF, space constraints), coordinate resources and budgets, facilitate engineering and supplier collaboration, and drive process and roadmap improvements.

Lead design and implementation of customer-facing full-stack web applications and backend services for order management, geospatial datalakes, and AI-enabled downstream processing. Define scalable frontend/backend architectures, drive engineering best practices, implement containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), support CI/CD, and collaborate with infrastructure, mission operations, and data teams to ensure performant, reliable systems for large spatiotemporal datasets.

Define and own integrated system design for the Hub across ground, space, software, and hardware. Translate concepts into technical specifications, manage requirements, ICDs, CONOPS, trade studies, and design reviews. Drive verification, validation, and modular integration; partner with hardware, software, and product teams to ensure clean interfaces and product-quality through development into operations.

Lead ground segment architecture and connectivity for Loft's satellite fleet. Own contact allocation, ISL and ground station configuration, network alerting, RF licensing, vendor coordination, commissioning support, and on-call/Flight Director duties. Collaborate with infrastructure, deployment, mission, and regulatory teams to optimize technical and financial ground operations.

Build and operate end-to-end backend services and web frontends for a centralized mission operations platform. Design APIs and integrations, implement performant accessible UIs, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate mission and business processes into reliable software, and own features from design through production while reducing operational complexity.

Own and grow Loft's European commercial business: prospect, build pipeline, run complex sales cycles, lead proposals, negotiate and close contracts with satellite operators, emerging space companies, defense primes, and integrators, represent Loft at industry events, and feed market intelligence back into the business.

Lead systems engineering for multiple satellite missions: define and flow down requirements, derive architecture, manage technical budgets, support CONOPS and SLAs, assist program/product management, and lead integration, test, launch, and in-orbit commissioning activities.
