Design, develop, and productionize LLM- and ML-based features and foundation intelligence for Wrike. Collaborate with product and engineering, apply reproducible research and software engineering practices, perform code reviews, and iterate on monitored models in an agile environment.

Manage a high volume of DACH customer accounts using scalable, digital-first engagement (webinars, automated campaigns, in‑app messaging). Drive product adoption, monitor customer health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and promote retention through data-driven strategies.

Own and execute global demand generation campaigns for the manufacturing vertical—planning, project-managing, and automating workflows in Wrike; leverage AI and marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense) to drive MQLs, pipeline, and revenue; coordinate cross-functional teams, support events and ABM, and measure performance for continuous optimization.

Maintain and improve Wrikes cloud and datacenter infrastructure: automate tasks, implement and support infrastructure services, improve configuration management, participate in incident response, own platform projects (Kubernetes, Kafka, DBs), and help drive reliability and efficiency across cloud providers using IaC.

Design, build, and evolve backend services for resource management and scheduling; drive migration from monolith to microservices; write tests, perform code reviews, influence architecture, collaborate with product/design, and use AI tools to improve developer productivity.

Design, deploy and evolve end-to-end observability (metrics, logs, traces) for distributed cloud infrastructure; operate and ensure reliability of Wrike product infrastructure; implement IaC across multi-cloud; deploy and maintain infrastructure services; participate in incident management and on-call rotations; collaborate with architects, tech leads and other teams to improve infrastructure.

Lead EMEA demand generation: build and execute regional marketing programs, manage regional leads, align with sales on pipeline and bookings, scale events and webinars, implement account-based strategies, produce localized assets, measure and report program impact, and use AI tools to optimize targeting, personalization, and content repurposing.

Lead Wrike's Core product unit (five teams, five PMs). Define vision and strategy balancing power, usability, and AI-readiness. Prioritize work, enable AI-native R&D, align cross-functional stakeholders, and coach PMs to grow into stronger product leaders.
