Own Wrike’s company-wide competitive intelligence program, including battlecards, positioning, win/loss analysis, pricing and packaging intelligence, quantified value models, executive market insights, and analyst relations support. Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise EMEA customers, helping them achieve business outcomes and maximize Wrike value. Build relationships, execute success plans and executive business reviews, drive ROI and net MRR growth, provide work-management expertise, monitor account health, reduce churn, and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and other teams.

Own full enterprise sales cycles for new logos (5,000+ employees): prospect, present to C-suite, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement/security processes, drive adoption and expansions, and mentor junior AEs.

Design, build, and maintain core reliability infrastructure (rate limiters, migration tools, caching, circuit breakers). Troubleshoot production incidents, optimize PostgreSQL, create reusable reliability tooling, lead incident investigations, and promote reliability best practices across engineering.
