Lead front-end deal qualification and rapid ROM pricing to prioritize high-probability logistics opportunities. Align stakeholders, drive decisions between quick pricing, minor engineering, or full solution scope, and accelerate vetted deals into GeoLaunch. Engage customers, standardize ROM frameworks, and support high-level warehouse and operational design to reduce cycle time and improve conversion.

Lead and develop the accounts receivable team, oversee collections, cash application, reconciliations, and AR reporting. Partner with Treasury and Finance to improve cash flow forecasting and working capital metrics, ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, resolve escalated billing/payment issues, onboard customers into Great Plains, and implement process improvements and automation.
