GEODIS is searching for a ROM Solutions Engineer to accelerate how we qualify, scope, and advance growth opportunities within our existing customer base. This role is designed to solve a critical gap: too many opportunities enter solutioning without clear scope, resulting in wasted effort, slower cycle times, and missed momentum. You will act as the front-end quarterback rapidly assessing opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and determining the right path forward whether that’s quick ROM pricing, minor engineering support, or creating the full scope for Solutioning through GeoLaunch. This is a player/coach role that blends commercial strategy, operational understanding, and solution design to move fast and focus resources where we can win. We currently operate in a Hybrid office environment (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

- Deliver fast, credible ROM pricing and directional solutions that enable immediate customer decision-making
- Quarterback deal execution across Client Experience, SE&A, Solutions, and Finance to maintain speed, alignment, and accountability
