Lead AI-driven automation and digitalization for customs brokerage: source and integrate external vendors, run PoCs for AI/OCR/classification, build KPI and compliance dashboards, design modern customs workflows and microservices, and coordinate product, IT, and stakeholders to reduce clearance times and regulatory risk.

Support Projects & Implementations by preparing reports and meeting materials, tracking procurements and requests, creating projects and schedules in Planview, moderating review meetings, documenting minutes, maintaining project documentation, and managing small subprojects and purchase orders (Coupa).

Provide legal support for commercial transactions: draft, redline, and negotiate complex contracts and SOWs; advise executives and Freight Forwarding/Transportation units on legal risks; manage projects and pre-litigation matters; train paralegals and monitor legislative changes.

Provide onsite IT support for a logistics warehouse: troubleshoot and maintain networks, servers, PCs, printers, RF scanners and LMS; manage backups, antivirus, software inventory, user permissions, documentation, and respond to service requests and system reports.
