Build the content engine, create compelling narratives for HR and benefits leaders, support SEO and AEO, and use AI to repurpose content efficiently. Partner with product marketing, demand generation, creative, sales, customers, and executives while maintaining consistent messaging and adapting to the needs of a growing startup.

Lead Avante's finance and operations as the first in-house Head of Finance & Operations. Own FP&A, forecasting, financial systems, capital strategy, investor and board relations, controls, and cross-functional strategic decisions. Oversee people operations, legal/contracts, and business operations. Build the finance and ops team, decide insourcing vs. external partners, and use AI to model, analyze, and automate workflows to scale the company.
