Owns CX operations across customer success, support, and solutions engineering. Own the platform foundations supporting Nametag’s identity verification products. Responsibilities include PostgreSQL schema design and operations, data governance, retention and deletion controls, tenant isolation, multi-region data residency, public API design and compatibility, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, observability, internal tooling, and production reliability. The role requires operating secure systems handling sensitive identity and biometric data while partnering with security and compliance teams.

Build and operate full-stack integrations with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and Okta. Develop backend APIs, services, webhooks, connectors, and customer configuration interfaces. Implement authentication and identity protocols, manage rate limits and vendor changes, support marketplace reviews, and build observability, reliability, versioning, and shared integration infrastructure. Own product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, pricing communication, and customer proof for Nametag’s enterprise identity verification platform. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and channel partners. Maintain messaging consistency, launch frameworks, battlecards, ROI/TCO models, buyer personas, and materials for security and IAM audiences.

Own Nametag’s B2B content engine across blog posts, email, social, website copy, sales collateral, customer stories, campaigns, and events. Translate technical product information into clear messaging for security, IT, and HR audiences. Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain brand consistency, support campaign testing, and use performance metrics to prioritize content. The role requires strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills in a technical marketing environment.

Serves as the technical escalation point for customer integration and deployment issues. Diagnoses APIs, webhooks, OAuth exchanges, authentication workflows, and race conditions; develops scripts, code snippets, pull requests, and configuration fixes; reproduces and validates issues with engineering; and improves support tooling, documentation, and runbooks. The role also recommends integration best practices and communicates customer pain points to influence product priorities.

Leads a senior engineering team across backend, frontend, mobile, and machine learning systems. Owns delivery, reliability, incident response, security, compliance, hiring, team development, architecture standards, developer experience, and responsible AI tooling. Partners with product, design, customers, prospects, and executives on roadmap and technical tradeoffs.
