Fractional growth marketing lead to define and execute Smartbox Direct go-to-market strategy across European markets. Responsibilities include ICP and channel strategy, hands-on campaign execution with agency coordination, performance analysis and iteration, content/creative briefing, cross-team coordination, and regular performance reporting against 30-day, 90-day, and 12-month milestones.

The Head of Commercial Marketing is responsible for driving performance through strategic campaigns, media investments, and collaboration with local teams, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Build and maintain performant, well-tested frontend applications (Vue 3, TypeScript) to improve customer discovery, redemption, and post-purchase engagement. Collaborate with product, backend, and QA to deliver experiments and product increments, contribute ideas to improve usability and performance, and grow frontend expertise.

Maintain and improve cloud-based production systems using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, and GitOps CI/CD. Build observability and automation (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, scripting), troubleshoot incidents across infrastructure and applications, manage MySQL-backed services, participate in 24x7 on-call, and collaborate with development teams on capacity, performance, and operational excellence.

Manage and grow partner accounts through relationship-building, quarterly business reviews, upselling/cross-selling, data-driven analysis of KPIs using BI tools and Salesforce, prompt issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and market insight to propose new product ideas and ensure partner satisfaction.

Identify and prospect partners (hotels, restaurants, activities) via phone and in-person outreach. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contracting and onboarding, maintain Salesforce accuracy, hit KPIs (20 calls/day, 14 contracts/quarter), use BI tools for presentations and analysis, negotiate commercial terms, monitor partner activation and quality, and develop strategic partnership formats aligned with company vision.

Own the end-to-end shopping experience (search, discovery, browse, merchandising, gifting). Define product roadmap, embed AI/ML features, run customer research and experiments, lead delivery from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally, and track platform KPIs to drive commercial impact.
