Provide technical support for customers implementing Soracom’s IoT platform. Investigate and resolve issues with engineers and AI, deliver accurate customer-facing responses, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, and relay customer feedback into product improvements. The role requires networking, cloud, Linux, CLI, AI evaluation, and strong communication skills in a fully remote, multicultural environment aligned with Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Own technical customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, from discovery and proof of concept through onboarding, deployment, adoption, and expansion. Partner with sales on solution design, demonstrations, technical discovery, upselling, and customer acquisition. Advise technical stakeholders, support cloud and network architectures, coordinate onboarding and troubleshooting, create enablement materials, communicate customer needs to product teams, and provide competitive technical insights.

Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound B2B technology leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn. Manages prospecting campaigns, lead sequences, event follow-up, and Salesforce and Outreach workflows. Closes smaller opportunities, prepares quotes, and hands larger deals to account executives. Represents Soracom at European events, meets SLAs and KPIs, collaborates with Marketing and Sales, and improves prospecting through automation and AI tools.

Provides post-sales technical leadership for strategic IoT customers. Partners with Customer Success Managers to optimize deployments, advise on architectures, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, lead technical discovery and demonstrations, support renewals and account expansion, and translate customer needs into business-aligned solutions. Collaborates with product and engineering teams while identifying adoption, optimization, and cross-selling opportunities.

Lead Soracom’s Americas partner ecosystem and partner leadership team, owning recruitment, onboarding, activation, partner-sourced revenue, and ecosystem growth. Design partner programs, incentives, tiers, health scoring, and operating processes. Personally manage strategic partners, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, use CRM and AI-driven intelligence, and represent the ecosystem with executives and industry stakeholders. This fully remote US role requires approximately 30% travel and extensive cross-functional leadership.

Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting, qualify inbound leads, manage lead flow in Salesforce, set qualified discovery calls for sales, meet monthly goals, and collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute territory-based campaigns.
