Lead the design, development, optimization, and support of scalable data engineering and database marketing solutions. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and related technologies; create technical designs; troubleshoot production issues; conduct code reviews; and ensure performance, quality, and documentation standards. The role also oversees adherence to tax laws, corporate governance policies, delegation of authority, segregation of duties, and fraud-prevention controls.

Lead client-facing reporting engagements, gather requirements, design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, perform data modeling and ETL, ensure QA and best practices, and guide stakeholders with analytical insights to measure marketing effectiveness.

Support global Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management operations, including policy optimization, alert triage, case documentation, investigations, evidence analysis, reporting, auditability, and change management. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security, and business stakeholders while applying privacy-by-design, confidentiality, and governance controls.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, write and optimize SQL queries, build data models and DAX calculations, validate data quality, and translate business requirements into actionable insights. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting reporting issues, documenting dashboard logic and data sources, and ensuring accurate, consistent reporting.
