Join Interpath's Tax team as a Graduate Associate supporting M&A deal advisory, restructuring/refinancing, tax controversy, and preparation of corporation tax returns and tax reviews for solvent and insolvent companies. You will support senior staff, engage in business development, interact with clients, and receive training and mentorship toward ATT/ACA and CTA qualifications.

Lead teams delivering pre- and post-deal carve-out, integration and separation projects, operational due diligence, performance improvement, cost and revenue initiatives, Day-1 readiness and 100-day planning. Build methodologies, financial models, and target operating models; engage stakeholders; develop client relationships within Private Equity and Corporates; coach junior staff.

Lead pre- and post-deal strategy projects (Deal Strategy, commercial due diligence, growth strategy, value creation); manage multiple engagements, mentor junior team members, build stakeholder relationships, support business development, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute thought leadership to grow the Deal Strategy service line across sectors and geographies.

Lead forensic and dispute advisory engagements by conducting forensic accounting, data analysis, document review, and interviews; produce evidence-based reports for litigation and expert testimony; manage project teams, maintain detailed working papers, and collaborate with legal counsel and international specialist teams to deliver timely, high-quality financial insights.

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing reports, VAT returns, budgets, correspondence, and supporting case managers while mentoring junior staff and engaging stakeholders.

Work on restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements for corporates, lenders and stakeholders. Prepare financial analysis, cashflow forecasts, reports and presentations; conduct industry and company research; manage case administration; draft client correspondence and documentation; liaise with legal advisers and stakeholders; and keep current with insolvency legislation while pursuing professional development.

Provide first- and second-line functional and technical support for the IFS ERP platform. Resolve incidents, manage service requests, support configuration and access, assist testing and upgrades, liaise with vendors, and document procedures and training materials.

Lead and manage restructuring and insolvency engagements, analyse financial and operational data, develop practical turnaround solutions, maintain client and stakeholder relationships, coach junior staff, support business development, and ensure regulatory and industry best-practice compliance.

Provide eDiscovery and digital forensics support across investigations, litigation, and cyber incidents: operate eDiscovery platforms, perform forensic collections, maintain chain of custody, process and analyze large datasets, prepare technical reports, manage productions, liaise with legal teams and clients, mentor junior analysts, and assist project management and business development.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, and select candidates. Build sourcing channels and university relationships, manage agency relationships, enhance employer branding, ensure positive candidate experience, and support onboarding and market benchmarking.
