Lead end-to-end product design for clinician-facing healthcare software: conduct research and interviews, create sketches-to-prototypes, collaborate with product and engineering, iterate rapidly, and contribute to product strategy and polished interaction and visual design.

Lead corporate governance and shareholder matters across the group; design and administer equity and incentive programs; manage corporate records and ownership documentation; support investor relations; prepare and run AGMs; lead legal workstreams for financings, M&A and post-close integration; advise on governance and drive process improvements.

Own end-to-end payroll across multiple European entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely cycles. Reconcile payroll data, manage year-end processes, statutory filings and pension administration. Run onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, manage EOR and external providers, and improve payroll and People Operations processes to scale.
