The VP of Engineering will oversee day-to-day operations, guide multiple engineering teams, and drive AI-native software development, ensuring product delivery and quality.

Act as the technical partner for customers: onboard, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across NetBox deployments, integrations, and upgrades. Participate in architecture and planning, meet SLAs, escalate high-risk items, create runbooks, surface product feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, TechOps, and Customer Success to improve product and processes.

Lead revenue operations by administering and optimizing HubSpot, managing GTM integrations, building dashboards and forecasts, defining KPIs, improving processes and data governance, supporting planning and territory/quota administration, and driving automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements across sales and marketing.

Serve as the primary operational interface for partner field teams across EMEA, building relationships with partner sellers and technical contacts, coordinating enablement and events, maintaining CRM opportunity hygiene, supporting account mapping and pipeline progression, and acting as first contact for inbound partner requests to drive partner-sourced revenue and field alignment.

Drive revenue through partner channels by hunting partner-sourced opportunities, building and forecasting pipeline, co-selling with account executives, onboarding and expanding VAR/SI/technology partners, running joint GTM campaigns, coaching partner sellers, and maintaining accurate partner/CRM data.

Serve as the technical partner for customers using NetBox: diagnose and resolve issues end-to-end, lead onboarding and upgrades, participate in architecture and planning, create runbooks and feedback for Product, and meet SLAs while collaborating with Customer Success, TechOps, and Engineering.

Own NetBox Core product direction and commercial delivery, steward the open source community, drive data model and API roadmap, translate customer needs into shipped features, and align cross-functional teams on releases, pricing, and platform capabilities.

Drive new logo revenue by researching prospects, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, qualifying leads, and setting first meetings. Personalize messaging for technical and business buyers, maintain CRM data in HubSpot, and collaborate with Sales to build pipeline.
