Owns the long-term success, retention, and expansion of mid-market and enterprise customers. The role develops success plans, drives onboarding and adoption, manages churn risk, builds executive relationships, supports renewals, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Build and operate secure AI platforms, agent workflows, and reusable automation patterns. Embed security into SDLC and PDLC through threat modeling, scanning, secrets detection, supply-chain controls, and automated reviews. Develop AWS identity, network, access, and infrastructure guardrails, including zero-trust and privileged-access automation. Own production services, monitoring, incident response, and on-call support while partnering with teams across the company to enable secure self-service workflows.

Own end-to-end product design for NetBox Labs platform applications, including analytics, visual exploration, validation, and AI-driven workflows. Translate complex network data and workflows into clear interfaces for technical users. Conduct user research, prototype concepts, contribute to Figma and Storybook design systems, use product analytics, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help shape design culture and platform vision.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of NetBox Delivery, including Kubernetes operators, controllers, APIs, release tooling, observability, and deployment infrastructure. Improve NetBox reliability and performance, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team architecture and release initiatives, and serve as a technical escalation point during incidents.

Lead and grow the Americas Customer Success team, coaching CSMs, establishing scalable playbooks and operating cadences, improving adoption and customer health, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales, Renewals, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product. The role combines people leadership with hands-on management of strategic customer relationships and requires technical fluency in network automation or infrastructure tooling.

Build and operate full-stack observability features across Go and Python services, gRPC and REST APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and React/TypeScript dashboards. Design scalable telemetry visualizations, real-time data flows, automated tests, and production reliability practices. Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call, mentor teammates, shape architecture and roadmaps, and use AI-enabled development tools responsibly.

Designs and delivers complex backend services and shared platform components for identity, authentication, and access control. Owns projects from design through production, breaks initiatives into milestones, resolves technical challenges, identifies risks, mentors engineers, documents technical decisions, and collaborates across teams to align engineering work with product priorities.

Design, build, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure, internal platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems for SaaS and on-premise products. Improve automation, reliability, security, cost efficiency, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and incident response. Collaborate with product engineering teams, support developer self-service, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation. The role requires strong Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and cloud operations expertise in a fast-paced B2B software environment.

Develop observability software for network automation, including discovery, reconciliation, monitoring, and fleet management. Build multi-tenant, event-driven services using Go, protobuf APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Apply observability and instrumentation expertise with OpenTelemetry, networking knowledge, secure coding practices, and coding agents. Collaborate with product, platform, NetBox, and open-source communities while producing technical specifications and delivering reliable integrations.
