Own end-to-end technical deployments of DeepJudge’s AI search platform for enterprise law firms. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring software across cloud and on-premise environments, integrating identity providers and document management systems, troubleshooting infrastructure and production issues, building deployment automation and operational tooling, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and SRE to improve the platform and customer implementations.

Own the technical pre-sales process, leading discovery, demonstrations, technical Q&A, security discussions, deployment planning, and integration conversations for enterprise legal customers. Advise Sales throughout complex deals, create technical documentation and collateral, coordinate handoffs to deployments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Sales.
