Develops new cannabis retail accounts and grows existing accounts within an assigned territory. Sells and promotes the company’s product portfolio, executes merchandising and promotional initiatives, trains dispensary staff, tracks sales and visits, supports forecasting and budgeting, manages distributor relationships, and monitors inventory and orders. The role is primarily field-based, requiring frequent account visits, retail execution, and occasional evening or weekend events.
