Own the Yousician App product and team, diagnosing performance, setting strategy, prioritizing high-impact bets, and connecting experimentation to conversion, retention, and revenue. Establish disciplined operating processes, improve team accountability, make difficult scope and staffing decisions, and coordinate with Monetization, CRM, Content, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user delight while driving subscription growth and product transformation.
