Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams in a remote environment.

Coordinate executive, financial administration, corporate governance, banking, KYC/AML, legal entity, and cross-border project activities for the CFO. Manage documents, signatures, approvals, records, board formalities, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up across Finance, Legal, banks, advisers, and international teams. Escalate delays and maintain accurate corporate documentation while supporting entity closures and Luxembourg-related matters.

Own Salesforce administration and operational infrastructure across commercial workflows, agreements, contracts, reporting, and integrations. Improve data integrity, automate processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate implementations with technical teams. Develop documentation, training, governance standards, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with leadership, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and adoption.

Build and maintain infrastructure automation across on-premises and cloud environments. Automate access provisioning, Infrastructure as Code, virtual machine and compute provisioning, deployments, security checks, remediation, and incident response. The role requires ownership of automation initiatives from design through testing, documentation, and handover while collaborating with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and development teams.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS group consolidations; prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures; manage audit activities; provide technical accounting guidance; support acquisitions and opening balance sheet reviews; assess IFRS and US GAAP differences; maintain accounting policies; and improve financial close, reporting, controls, and consolidation processes across international entities.

Owns end-to-end royalty statement preparation, review, submission, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processes globally. Interprets contracts, validates sales and revenue-share calculations, investigates discrepancies, maintains documentation and controls, supports accounting and audits, coordinates with legal, publishing, business development, and external partners, and improves royalty reporting processes across entities and systems.

Provide in-house legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements for game development, publishing, branding, and digital media. Advise on IP protection, marketing uses of trademarks/copyrights, maintain contract templates, and support corporate governance and compliance while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development teams.

Write and edit brand-aligned marketing copy for retro game manuals, websites, email, packaging, and product descriptions. Research franchise history, maintain Atari brand voice, apply style/licensing guidelines, collaborate with design and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to support campaigns and product launches.
