Own post-sale customer relationships for TENEX's MDR platform, drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Onboard customers, run business reviews, identify churn risks, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel 10-15%. Provide product feedback and educate customers to maximize security outcomes.

Lead complex incident response and escalations, assess and automate telemetry/logging coverage, ensure SIEM and detection fidelity, improve response automation with SOAR, support cross-functional technical needs, and optimize SOC tooling and workflows to raise investigation and response quality.

Provide operational support for EMEA sales: maintain CRM hygiene, own Salesforce reporting and dashboards, manage Google and Microsoft deal registrations, support partner/channel operations, SOW and CPQ workflows, drive lead-to-deal pipeline, and coordinate GTM campaign reporting to align regional metrics with global standards.

Serve as the front-desk face of the Overland Park office, managing reception, mail and deliveries, office inventory and vendor relationships, meeting and event logistics, catering, and general facilities upkeep. Support People Operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-run onsite workplace.

Lead the Forward Deployed AI Engineering team to build solutions, engage customers, and enhance cybersecurity with AI tools and data science.
