Leads paid creative strategy across DTC channels, translating business goals into channel briefs and testing roadmaps. Owns creative performance frameworks, analyzes CTR, CVR, ROAS, and fatigue, and turns insights into scalable production priorities. Manages agency and media-buying relationships, aligns creative with acquisition and retention teams, and communicates strategy to senior stakeholders. Builds processes and capabilities for performance creative while guiding a content producer and monitoring platform, AI, and production trends.

Leads the creative vision for Loungefly accessories and apparel products from concept through production. Manages and mentors designers, reviews artwork and samples, directs licensor and buyer revisions, develops trend research and creative presentations, and collaborates with product development, merchandising, marketing, sales, operations, sourcing, and licensing teams. Ensures designs meet brand, commercial, quality, and retailer expectations while maintaining creative innovation and operational effectiveness.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across EMEA, including imports, exports, deliveries, transport arrangements, shipment tracking, documentation, and proof-of-delivery collection. Liaise with warehouses, 3PL providers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams. Resolve dispatch queries, maintain filing systems, support freight savings, and ensure timely delivery execution.

Coordinates procurement and direct customer shipments across EMEA and APAC. Creates and maintains supplier purchase orders, manages logistics and shipping documentation, reconciles ERP and customer order systems, supports sales with revenue visibility and credit inquiries, tracks allocations, and coordinates with global teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve supply issues and meet shipping expectations.
