Lead Nexcess’s North American sales organization and strategy, owning new-logo pipeline, revenue performance, forecasting, complex deals, team development, and channel partnerships. The role manages and coaches sales executives and SDRs, strengthens sales processes and Salesforce discipline, develops vertical-focused market plans, and collaborates with global leadership, marketing, technical teams, and partners to expand market share and drive regional growth.

Leads the transformation of fragmented implementation and migration teams into a unified organization serving three business units. Owns post-sale delivery through go-live, establishes standardized methodologies, metrics, tooling, staffing, and operating processes, and improves time-to-value and implementation economics. Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for managed hosting, cloud, and IaaS solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, prospect independently, develop consultative solutions, conduct executive presentations, maintain CRM pipeline data, achieve revenue quotas, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success on customer acquisition and onboarding.

Supports pre-sales technical engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients. Conducts technical discovery, designs cloud infrastructure solutions, delivers demonstrations and workshops, supports proof-of-concepts, and contributes to proposals and RFP responses. Partners with sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and smooth delivery transitions. Provides technical enablement, knowledge sharing, process improvements, and guidance to junior sales engineers while maintaining current cloud technology expertise.

Designs scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, estimates, TCO modeling, and proposal development throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Product, vendors, and customers to ensure technically sound solutions, provide product feedback, and support successful customer outcomes.

Design scalable cloud, hybrid cloud, and bare-metal infrastructure solutions for customers across multiple industries. Conduct technical discovery, select products, create architecture documentation, deliver presentations and demos, support sales onboarding, and communicate product roadmap improvements. Coordinate stock availability and deployment timelines with vendors and supply chain teams while staying current with hosting infrastructure technologies. The role is primarily office-based in Guildford, with customer-site and sales-event travel.

Provide technical support for hosted servers and infrastructure. Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues; monitor hardware; analyze information; and learn server administration and cloud technologies. The role requires Linux experience, terminal proficiency, strong networking knowledge, attention to detail, and English communication skills. It is a permanent, full-time position based remotely from Bratislava, Slovakia, with no night shifts or phone support.

Supports 24/7 data center hardware operations, including server and network equipment setup, testing, diagnostics, repairs, RMA coordination, inventory tracking, racking, cabling, firmware updates, operating system installation, data destruction, audits, and documentation. Monitors operational queues, escalates issues, supports maintenance projects, and participates in on-call coverage while maintaining hardware reliability and quality standards.

Uses Jira Service Management workflows and automation to improve platform stability, reduce response and resolution times, govern changes, and communicate reliability trends to technical and executive stakeholders.
