Develop Salesforce partnerships, build and manage a $5 million annual pipeline, close $2 million in new business, scope implementation and managed services deals, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires relationship management with Salesforce leaders and direct clients, expertise in Salesforce use cases, consultative selling, quota attainment, and leadership in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Manage internal IT infrastructure, SOC 2 compliance, security policies, employee technical support, identity and access systems, hardware and software lifecycles, vendor relationships, asset inventory, and onboarding/offboarding workflows. The role supports distributed teams in the United States and India and requires hands-on systems administration, device and data security experience, and strong customer service. Salesforce, developer skills, Google security, and U.S.-based company experience are preferred.
