Responsibilities include architecture reviews, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, detection engineering, incident response, security automation, red and blue team exercises, and compliance control implementation. The role also develops in-house security tooling and protects customer data, models, services, and multi-cloud environments.

Lead the architecture and development of Fireworks’ go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, enrichment, routing, engagement, and integrations. Build scalable lead-to-revenue and quoting workflows, deploy production agentic AI solutions for sales teams, and improve productivity through automation. Manage and expand the GTM Engineering team while setting technical standards, hiring profiles, career paths, and architectural direction.

Educate prospects on AI inference solutions, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, and stay current on AI and machine learning trends to support informed conversations with technical and business stakeholders.

Own strategy, roadmap, specifications, metrics, and launches for Fireworks’ inference and platform products across API, UI, and CLI. Work with AI startups and enterprises to improve production inference, performance, quotas, billing, onboarding, accounts, and fraud prevention. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, product marketing, sales, and field teams to deliver customer-focused platform capabilities, pricing, documentation, and enablement.

Own and scale lifecycle marketing strategy across PLG and sales-led customer journeys, including lead nurture, onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Build personalized programs across email, in-product messaging, web, and AI-powered touchpoints. Partner cross-functionally to drive pipeline, product usage, customer engagement, and revenue. Lead experimentation, automation, segmentation, reporting, and optimization using behavioral, product usage, CRM, and account data.
