Supports daily operations of group captive insurance programs by coordinating with brokers, members, service providers, underwriting teams, and internal stakeholders. Requires a bachelor’s degree; insurance or customer service experience and CISR certification are preferred.

Supports commercial property underwriting for new and renewal accounts by coordinating submissions, quotes, binds, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Maintains underwriting records, reviews documentation for completeness, assists with risk analysis, communicates with brokers and stakeholders, monitors workflows, supports audits and reporting, and ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Manage renewals, submissions, account servicing, and coverage solutions for commercial casualty clients in construction and real estate. Review quotes, policies, binders, and endorsements; coordinate with brokers, carriers, underwriters, clients, and internal teams; maintain agency system records; and support coverage analysis, retention, endorsements, certificates, invoicing, audits, and cancellations. The role is hybrid in Philadelphia and requires commercial insurance experience.
