Lead design and execution of global creative assets for Sonic (and select SEGA, ATLUS, Angry Birds) across consumer products, licensing, packaging, digital and print. Create trend guides, brand guidelines, marketing and event materials, mentor designers, collaborate cross-functionally and with agencies/licensees, and ensure brand consistency from concept through delivery.

Lead production and operational management of transmedia projects across gaming, metaverse, mobile, and digital-native platforms. Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders; maintain narrative consistency and story bibles; improve workflows; manage cross-functional teams and external partners; report KPIs and risks to leadership to deliver cohesive transmedia experiences that align with SEGA brand guidelines.

Lead product marketing for the Sonic games portfolio, driving global go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, creative production, agency management, and team leadership to meet commercial objectives and shape brand voice and community engagement.

Lead external community and social communication for assigned SEGA game IPs. Develop community strategy, create and publish content, manage influencer and creator campaigns, monitor sentiment, report KPIs, collaborate with global teams, manage budgets, and represent the brand in livestreams and external initiatives.

Lead identification, development, negotiation, and implementation of strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities in gaming and digital media.
