The Senior AEM Content Author designs and manages web applications using AEM, ensuring high-quality content delivery and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include content authoring, troubleshooting, and documentation, with a focus on responsiveness and compliance with web standards.

Execute manual and automated QA activities across digital products: design and maintain test plans, run functional, regression, exploratory and API tests, log and track defects, and report quality metrics. Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMs to clarify requirements, support releases, and drive QA process improvements.

Lead QA efforts for web and digital products: design and execute manual and automated test plans (Playwright), integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure cross-browser/device compatibility, identify and mitigate risks, and mentor QA teammates while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
