Support buildout and operation of a propulsion test facility: requirements and trade studies, CAD and P&ID support, pressure and structural analysis, procurement and fabrication oversight, installation and commissioning, and test operations including data acquisition, test execution, and post-test reporting. As an Avionics Production Engineer, you'll develop and optimize production processes for avionics and oversee the manufacturing of hardware components for spacecraft systems.

Lead definition and development of propulsion test-stand requirements and facility capabilities. Perform trade studies, specify infrastructure, review designs and P&IDs, support safety analyses, commission test operations, engage vendors, and manage propulsion test programs through buildout and early operations.

Lead the planning and execution of aerospace hardware test campaigns including requirements verification, procedure development, data collection and analysis, anomaly/failure investigation, and test director responsibilities. Interface with leadership, customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, author test documentation, ensure safety and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of a hypergolic propellant test stand and associated ground systems. Develop detailed mechanical designs, P&IDs, CAD models, structural and pressure analyses, procurement/fabrication packages, and safety/compliance documentation. Oversee vendor qualification, acceptance testing, and operational test support while ensuring regulatory and hazard controls for toxic propellant handling.

Own supplier quality systems including SCAR, RCCA, NCR, PPAP/FAIR, and supplier audits. Use statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, DOE) and root-cause methods to drive corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and partner with engineering to ensure flight-quality hardware. Travel to suppliers as needed and support disposition and production release decisions.

Develop and optimize production processes for spacecraft mechanical structures, ensuring efficient manufacturing and integration while collaborating with engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate instrumentation, DAQ, and automated test control systems for spacecraft testing. Develop test automation (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB), commission and calibrate sensors, troubleshoot hardware/software integration, perform post-test data analysis, and maintain data management and requirements traceability in hazardous test environments.

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing spacecraft harnesses, setting up thermal vacuum chambers, and ensuring cleanroom protocols. You'll manage the product build process from parts to assemblies, handling engineering anomalies as they arise.

Design, develop, and maintain ground support systems while collaborating with teams for projects, troubleshooting, and quality documentation.
