Own inventory and cost accounting for US manufacturing plants, including monthly close, COGS, standard cost roll, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, SOX controls, and inventory transactions. Partner with operations, purchasing, and FP&A to drive cost efficiencies and support physical/cycle counts and post-acquisition integrations.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve global training and certification programs for Customer Service focused on Order-to-Cash. Build standardized frameworks, partner with IT and regional leaders to scale learning technologies, measure training impact on SLAs and productivity, govern onboarding and role-based training, and align capability development with business priorities and executive reporting.
