Drives regional sales growth for WuXi Biology by prospecting, developing customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, negotiating proposals, and closing new business. Partners with scientific and internal teams to deliver client solutions, achieve sales and profitability targets, manage customer relationships, and expand accounts. Represents the organization at conferences and facilitates customer travel to China. The remote role preferably supports East Coast coverage and requires significant client and conference travel.

Leads U.S. accounting operations across multiple entities, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, cost accounting, fixed assets, AP, audits, and tax support. Manages GL and AP teams while partnering on SAP S/4HANA transformation, manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting, and process standardization. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS and supports operational integration, policy deployment, and staff development.

Lead the digitalization roadmap for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, managing ERP, LIMS, MES, and WMS implementations, integrations, upgrades, and maintenance. Coordinate IT, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, vendors, and global teams while ensuring FDA/EMA, GMP/GxP, ALCOA+, and data integrity compliance. Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, governance, and milestones, reporting progress to site leadership and steering committees.

Develops and executes marketing strategy across planning, campaigns, tradeshows, events, digital channels, and CRM. Manages event logistics, lead collection, campaign tracking, CRM workflows, segmentation, dashboards, and performance reporting. Collaborates with marketing, sales, scientific, content, and business teams to improve lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and lifecycle management.

Leads finance business partnering for US operating units, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, commission modeling, reporting, and ROI analysis. Manages and develops finance staff, oversees financial data warehouse integrity and Power BI reporting, collaborates with corporate teams, and drives AI and automation adoption to improve financial reporting efficiency.

Acquire and onboard customers across Europe, especially Israel and Eastern Europe, while driving sales growth and meeting purchase-order quotas. Manage territory prospects, sales cycles, proposals, customer implementations, procurement-system integration, and account growth. Collaborate with sales, scientific, marketing, and service teams to deliver solutions, close deals, and achieve customer acquisition and onboarding targets. Frequent travel is required.
