Responsibilities include consultative selling, prospecting, account management, negotiation, presenting SHI’s IT solutions, collaborating with internal teams and partners, monitoring market competition, attending industry events, and traveling to customer sites within an assigned territory.

Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and upgrades enterprise networking and network security solutions across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments. Leads customer projects and workshops, develops technical roadmaps and service offerings, supports sales and solution scoping, creates documentation and presentations, advises technical and executive stakeholders, and promotes best practices. Requires expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, cloud networking, security architectures, automation, and infrastructure as code.

Manages customer engagements and internal projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, stakeholder alignment, financial tracking, change management, governance, corrective actions, and executive reporting. The role facilitates meetings and Scrum practices, drives team accountability, escalates blockers, and applies Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies while contributing to PMO improvements.
