Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, automate processes, monitor and secure systems, perform root cause analysis, and integrate AWS/Azure services while collaborating with development teams.

Coordinate end-to-end Microsoft OS patch lifecycle across endpoints and servers. Plan, test, approve, and deploy Patch Tuesday and out-of-band updates; engage LOBs for validation; manage change requests in ServiceNow; track compliance and reporting; lead remediation, root cause analysis, and cross-team coordination to minimize risk and meet SLAs.

Supports sales representatives and drives growth for Proofpoint through partner programs, campaigns, training, presentations, pipeline management, and customer meetings. Builds relationships with partner stakeholders and target-account decision-makers, educates sales teams on products and tools, represents the brand at industry events, and analyzes sales data to identify trends and resolve partner issues. Requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 2–4 years in a similar role, 15% travel, and flexible hours.
