The Enterprise Account Executive develops strategic sales approaches, exceeds revenue and profit targets, and builds relationships with existing and prospective enterprise customers. Drive growth of SHI's Microsoft practice by generating pipeline, building C-level relationships, coordinating sales/technical teams, executing go-to-market strategies for Microsoft/AWS, improving sales cloud acumen, guiding governance and onboarding to MSP services, and reporting pipeline and forecasts.

Build and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Design integrations, grounding, orchestration, evaluations, automations, and secure production architectures. Implement Power Platform governance, ALM, identity, compliance, monitoring, lifecycle management, and responsible AI controls across Microsoft cloud services. Advise customers, lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, create reusable technical assets, and support FinOps and continuous improvement for agent workloads.

Conduct cold calls, prospect for new business, nurture assigned customer accounts, recommend IT solutions, manage quotes and orders, and achieve sales quotas. The role manages customer relationships and sales cycles for medium to large businesses, coordinates internal resources, addresses client needs, and supports solution delivery. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of sales experience, basic Microsoft Office and project management skills, and 10% in-market travel availability.

Supports technical sales through presentations, training, solution development, pipeline management, and opportunity identification. Requires expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, automation, disaster recovery, and major infrastructure technologies.

Design, optimize, and maintain enterprise Power BI semantic models within Microsoft Fabric. Build advanced DAX measures, ensure performance, implement security and refresh strategies, and support data governance. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, provide training and documentation, and deliver scalable, governed analytics solutions using Power BI tooling and lakehouse concepts.

Lead partner go-to-market strategy for SHI's Datacenter pillar: define partner marketing plans, prioritize strategic partners and investments, align cross-functional teams, establish KPI frameworks, and drive pipeline, services attachment, and executive partner engagement. Focus on scalable growth plays across datacenter modernization, AI-ready infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data governance.
