Provides nursing professional development through orientation, education, coaching, mentoring, and career support. Advises nursing leadership on education programs, evidence-based practice, and outcomes evaluation while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of professional development. Requires Ohio RN licensure, a BSN, specialty certification, BLS certification, and at least three years of clinical RN experience. A nursing-related master’s degree is required within four years of hire.

Supports professional development for maternity nursing staff through continuing education, professional ladder programs, leadership fellowship, simulation facilitation, preceptorship, and NRP instruction. Requires Ohio RN licensure, nursing education, specialty certification, EFM certification, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and progressive leadership experience.

Develops and evaluates nursing education programs, assesses staff learning needs, promotes evidence-based practice, supports professional growth, and ensures regulatory compliance.
