Provides HR guidance and coaching to leaders on performance management, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational change. Supports employee engagement, retention, policy interpretation, contract updates, and HR projects while partnering with Senior HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise. Maintains knowledge of employment law and handles sensitive matters with discretion in a bilingual English and French environment.

Leads a team of Quality and Employee Development Coaches responsible for quality audits, coaching, training, employee development, and performance improvement. Manages daily team operations, monitors performance, ensures consistent QA practices, and translates process changes into training materials, audit criteria, coaching tools, and job aids. Partners with department leaders and continuous improvement teams to address trends, root causes, operational priorities, and employee development needs.

Oversee consolidated financial reporting for 20+ subsidiaries, including monthly and annual results, intercompany transactions, allocations, audit coordination, accounting policies, and complex accounting guidance. Present financial information to senior executives, maintain consolidation systems and charts of accounts, support transfer pricing documentation, and ensure compliance with Canadian GAAP and internal controls.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and cloud-based data architectures using Snowflake and Azure services. Develops dbt transformations, Azure Data Factory orchestration, automated data quality checks, and data governance processes. Creates data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, and standards while collaborating with business and data teams. The role also involves mentoring developers and promoting secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data engineering practices.

Maintains company and subsidiary books and records in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies. Prepares monthly financial statements, external audit documentation, financial analyses, management reports, annual budgets, and forecasts. Reconciles general ledger and intercompany accounts, researches discrepancies, and resolves outstanding items. Requires bilingual French and English communication, strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a temporary assignment running from July 2026 through early February 2028.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and is hybrid, with four days per week onsite in Sherbrooke.
