Provides in-house legal and corporate compliance support, including licensing, permitting, contract review, entity management, real estate transactions, regulatory research, privacy program administration, audits, legal records, and compliance remediation. The role coordinates with internal teams, property operations, outside counsel, regulators, brokers, and statutory agents while supporting legal projects and conducting research.

Supports HR and benefits administration, including enrollment, leave management, COBRA, 401(k) updates, I-9 compliance, unemployment claims, HR records, performance reporting, onboarding, interviews, and policy updates. Provides associate assistance, maintains confidentiality, supports HR initiatives, and offers administrative backup to office services. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and attention to detail.

Directs revenue management strategy to maximize property revenue. Analyzes pricing recommendations, occupancy, leasing velocity, market conditions, financial performance, and revenue forecasts. Communicates performance insights to senior management and operational teams, supports budgeting, configures new sites, coordinates system implementations, and trains associates on revenue management practices and systems. Requires strong analytical, financial, communication, leadership, and data-management skills, along with experience using YieldStar.

Leads strategic initiatives from intake through closeout across property operations and corporate functions. Builds project plans, budgets, governance, reporting, risk logs, and accountability structures; coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, technology implementations, pilots, and rollouts. Tracks scope, costs, schedules, adoption, and business impact while facilitating leadership decisions and change management. Ensures deliverables, lessons learned, operational transitions, and post-implementation outcomes are documented.

Oversee property, casualty, liability, and workers’ compensation claims; manage safety programs, OSHA reporting, risk mitigation, insurance renewals, vendor credentialing, inspections, and compliance. Coordinate with properties, adjusters, brokers, carriers, legal, operations, and accounting teams. Maintain claims and insurance records, support litigation responses, develop loss-control procedures, and mentor the Risk Management team.
