Leads solution design and customer implementation for complex logistics and supply chain opportunities. Partners across Sales, Operations, Pricing, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience to create profitable solutions, support enterprise sales, manage onboarding, establish project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure operational handoff. Oversees implementation governance, KPIs, process improvements, customer experience, and compliance while supervising 2–5 employees.

Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, IT, customers, carriers, and vendors while serving as backup for key Operations Support functions.

Supports North American operations by developing analytical tools, writing SQL and Access reports, testing support tools, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, deploying software, and improving business processes. The role gathers business requirements, evaluates outputs, implements technology solutions, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with users and business units. Periodic travel of up to 20% is required.

The role prospecting, manages sales pipelines, negotiates and closes deals, builds strategic customer relationships, supports post-sale satisfaction, and collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer support. It also requires preparing sales reports, analyzing market conditions, meeting sales quotas, and traveling periodically up to 25%.

Coordinates customer and carrier communications for inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Processes warehouse receipts, shipments, inventory transfers, and bills of lading in the WMS; performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies. Acts as a liaison among clients, warehouse operations, administration, and transportation personnel. Provides customer updates, resolves issues, supports client growth, directs drivers to docks, and contributes to process improvement while following warehousing, C-TPAT, and TSA procedures.

It requires flexible-shift availability, customer and internal communication, routine problem-solving, regulatory procedure compliance, and accurate documentation in a standard office environment.
