Manage Test & Evaluation (T&E) for B-52 modernization: develop T&E strategy and plans, lead integrated test teams, manage test execution, data analysis, risk and resource planning, support avionics/weapons integration and SEEK EAGLE certification, interface with government and prime contractors, and ensure test readiness and reporting across developmental and operational testing.

Provide sustainment and acquisition program management support for the F-35 Fleet Management Office, including contract pre/post-award actions, lifecycle sustainment planning, depot activation, risk assessments, metrics development, analyses, scheduling, and coordination to ensure weapon system readiness and contractor performance.

Manage and coordinate B-52 modernization installs and logistics between the prime contractor, Air Force SPOs, and base maintenance teams. Support meetings, schedule depot and field-team actions, verify TCTOs and kit inspections, prepare AFTO-107 requests and MOAs, and ensure alignment with DoD/USAF acquisition and test requirements for urgent operational needs.

Manage and coordinate program execution support for AFLCMC F-35 efforts: plan and schedule meetings, prepare briefings and reports, maintain calendars, track suspenses, consolidate inputs across divisions, produce charts and graphics, support DTS travel reviews, and improve internal management processes.

Perform systems integration and engineering analyses for B-52 sustainment and capability planning. Manage interfaces across development, acquisition, sustainment, and intelligence communities; develop documentation (SEPs, TEMPs, RFPs, SOOs), support airworthiness certification, testing, risk mitigation, and cross-enterprise capability integration to field and sustain aircraft systems.

Support the F-35 Joint Program Office by developing and maintaining performance measures, performing statistical and forecasting analyses, tracking TMT suspenses, preparing briefings and reports, managing SharePoint content, and supporting congressional inquiries, acquisition sustainment reviews, and awards tracking.

Support the B-52 program office by coordinating aircraft modernization installs, logistics, and depot actions; interface between prime contractors and Government; manage scheduling (IMP/IMS), perform schedule risk assessments, support acquisition lifecycle activities (JCIDS, RFPs, milestone reviews), produce briefing and milestone documentation, evaluate contractor schedules and EVM, and advise on risk, cost, and logistics to senior leadership.

Lead and support acquisition and program management for B-52/Bomber programs, including requirements translation, lifecycle cost and risk analysis, EVM review, documentation (RFPs, SOWs, ICDs), IPT coordination, milestone planning, and executive briefings to ensure on-time delivery of warfighting capabilities.

Support F-35 JPO supply chain effectiveness by analyzing logistics data, developing metrics and algorithms, forecasting demand, managing deployment kits (DSP/ASP), monitoring PSP/vendor performance, and extracting data from DoD logistics systems to optimize spares and retail supply levels.

Support F-35 JPO supply chain metrics and performance reporting. Develop and maintain analytical methodologies, forecasting, and algorithms. Extract and analyze logistics data from DoD systems, create performance measures and business rules, assess vendor/PSP performance, configure deployment kits, and recommend supply levels. Use statistical and root-cause techniques to drive supply chain optimization and reporting.
