Lead a core engineering group and product pillars for a cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, owning product initiatives, driving project planning and delivery, making architectural decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence. Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs; collaborate on architecture; troubleshoot production issues; lead code reviews; mentor junior engineers; improve reliability, performance, and security of the platform.

Lead end-to-end finance for a scaling AI/cybersecurity SaaS company: own FP&A, SaaS economics, fundraising and investor relations, revenue recognition and audit readiness, treasury and global tax/compliance. Build AI-native finance systems, scale the finance team, drive capital allocation, and support commercial and M&A activities.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Nordic region: prospect, demo, run proof-of-value, negotiate, and close new logo enterprise deals. Manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, mentor junior team members, and apply structured sales methodologies to drive consistent outcomes.
