Lead modernization of HERE’s mapmaking platform by defining scalable cloud-native architectures, APIs, data contracts, and interoperability standards. Design distributed systems for large-scale geospatial data, guide migrations from legacy platforms, establish data validation and quality frameworks, and create reusable platform capabilities. Influence technical strategy across engineering organizations while promoting Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, reliability, governance, and engineering excellence.

Manage and grow a major Japanese automotive OEM account by building executive relationships, identifying and closing complex sales opportunities, meeting bookings and revenue targets, protecting renewals, and expanding the pipeline. Lead cross-functional sales projects, customer strategy meetings, proposals, term sheets, and contract negotiations while collaborating with global teams, system vendors, technology partners, and ecosystem partners.

Provides post-sale L1/L2 technical support for web services and cloud applications, including installation, troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and P1/P2 escalation management. Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve complex issues, recommend configuration improvements, communicate solutions, and drive continuous service improvements. The role also represents customer feedback internally and contributes to team knowledge sharing.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and delivery, building and scaling LLM-powered applications, agentic systems, RAG/vector retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, governance, and production-grade AI platforms. Partner with engineering, data, cloud, security, and business stakeholders to deploy secure, observable, and scalable AI solutions and drive organizational adoption and transformation.

Serves as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, and technology teams. Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and evaluations using HERE data, APIs, mapping, routing, spatial analytics, cloud, AI, and enterprise integration. Partners with Sales to qualify opportunities, reduce technical risk, develop proposals and reusable presales assets, and guide customers toward location-intelligence solutions.

Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts across DACH by building multi-year roadmaps, developing quantified business cases, and aligning HERE solutions with customer priorities. The role involves executive relationship management, complex commercial negotiations, renewals, retention, cross-functional coordination, and identifying expansion opportunities across products and business units. Candidates should have enterprise technology sales experience, knowledge of location intelligence value, strong German and English communication skills, and willingness to travel within DACH.
