Own a portfolio of US accounts from onboarding handoff through renewal and expansion. Monitor account health, manage retention and revenue targets, conduct QBRs, develop strategic account plans, build executive champions, and identify upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data and customer metrics, advise customers on product usage, communicate risks, provide product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and internal processes.
