The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles, closing deals with Fortune 500 companies, and understanding both technical and business needs.

Manage a book of enterprise customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run kick-offs, project meetings, QBRs, and handle escalations. Collaborate cross-functionally to surface product value via data and ensure accurate account health and renewal forecasting.

Build and expand Rasa’s strategic partner ecosystem across system integrators, consultancies, and technology alliances. Recruit and onboard partners, create joint business plans, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell enterprise AI solutions, and enable partners on Rasa’s CALM architecture. Lead joint marketing campaigns, maintain partner and pipeline data in Salesforce, relay partner feedback internally, and support high-quality partner-led implementations.

Generate qualified enterprise sales pipeline across EMEA by researching strategic accounts, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and tracking activity in Salesforce. Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the sales funnel, represent Rasa’s AI platform, engage senior buyers, and exceed quota targets.
