Own post-sale delivery, onsite rollout, training, and adoption of AI healthcare solutions; build relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders; track outcomes and adoption metrics; relay client feedback to product and engineering; and present best practices. Requires regular travel and client credentialing.

Lead enterprise customer success for major health system partnerships: manage executive relationships, drive implementations and workflow adoption, build scalable CS playbooks and metrics, mentor and grow a team, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead end-to-end RL and on-policy distillation post-training for healthcare LLMs: design RL/OPD methods, build reward models and verifiers, create conversational RL environments, automate post-training loops, run experiments, and collaborate with research, engineering, and clinical teams to improve safety and clinical reasoning.

Lead end-to-end post-training for LLMs using reinforcement learning and on-policy distillation to improve clinical reasoning, safety, and alignment. Design RL/OPD methods, build reward models and verifiers, create healthcare conversational environments with synthetic data, automate post-training loops, run experiments, and collaborate with research, engineering, and clinical teams to deploy models at scale.

Lead Hippocratic AI's social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X: build TikTok from scratch, create executive and brand content, produce short-form video and graphics, manage content calendar and influencers, source stories from cross-functional teams, use AI agents and analytics to optimize performance, and support broader comms and marketing deliverables.
